Perry Montgomery Washington was born on September 15, 1955 to the late Leon and Havanna Washington in Bethesda, MD. Perry entered eternal rest on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. He was surrounded by family and friends.

Perry received his education in the Montgomery County Public School System.

Perry, at an early age, special interests and hobbies included riding mini-bikes and learning to work on cars. He was actively involved as a counselor with NA-AA. He served on the Montgomery County drug court program assisting others with their recovery.
Perry was a quiet and laid-back person, however he enjoyed family gatherings. Everyone that knew him will greatly miss Perry.

Perry leaves to cherish his memories; his two sons Perry Hayes and Anton Anderson; his sister Peggy Moore (Obed); his brother Stanley Washington; his granddaughter Perri Hayes; several nieces, nephews, and a host of beloved family and friends.

Perry was preceded in death by his parents Leon and Havanna Washington; his two brothers Leon Washington Jr. and Jeffrey Washington; and his sister Kathleen Washington.
