Blair Douglas Edmonds, 29, of Clinton, Maryland died February 4, 2018 in Indianapolis, Indiana as the result of injuries sustained while working for Uber, in a motor vehicle accident caused by a drunk driver. He was born November 29, 1988 in Hartford, Connecticut the son of Suzanne Edmonds Grinage and Leo Best, Jr. He attended Prince George's County Schools and graduated from Croom Vocational High School in 2008. After graduation Blair worked for several years at Staples, UPS and Uber. He returned to driving for Uber and worked various part time jobs while staying in Indiana with his father. Blair very recently had obtained a new job at FedEx.

Blair was a gifted artist described throughout his school years by teachers as having "genius level abilities". He took his love of art and transposed it into graphic art design. Blair joined his family in volunteering his time for the American Warriors, which paid tribute to World War II veterans. Blair was a lover of the game of basketball, an avid video gamer, and a recent convert to Karaoke.

He is survived by his parents Suzanne Edmonds Grinage and Leo Best, Jr.; his sisters Asia, Kayla and Lydia; his brothers Leo and Eric; his grandparents, Diane Minor, Leo and Bobbi Best; his aunts Jeremy Edmonds and her wife Grace, Andrea Landes, Darlene Best, Debbie Best Whittington and her husband Jerome, and his uncle Travis Best. Blair is also survived by a host of cousins, great aunts and uncles and two step-brothers. He is survived by his childhood friend, James Perry. Blair was predeceased by his grandfather, Norman Edmonds and his uncle, Darryl Best, Sr.

The family asks that you consider donations to M.A.D.D. (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) in memory of Blair.
